Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance items, may be non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page. Adhesive gel pads and replacement pads are non-returnable once opened or used for hygiene reasons.
